Theory and execution of traditional corn and wheat tortillas from scratch.
Perfect Guacamole and Pico de Gallo with Crispy Tortilla.
Carne Asada, Roasted Prime Grade Skirt Steak with Charred Tomato Salsa, Cotija Cheese, Onions, Cilantro.
Carnitas with Mole Verde, Black Beans, Crunchy Seasonal Slaw, Lime Crema.
Mexican Chocolate Mousse with Avocado, Nibs and Berries.

This class will come with a 6-in Tortilla Press that students can take home with them to recreate these classic recipes at home!
