Pasta Masterclass: A Night in Bologna

Join us in creating the perfect egg pasta and enjoy the classic flavours of Northern Italy at Eden West in Port Moody

HANDS ON EVENT.

During this semi-hands on class, we will talk about what goes into making a perfect egg pasta dough. Students will participate in making one filled pasta and one noodle.

All students are going to make, roll and pinch pasta and we are going cook it communally and sit and eat one pasta at a time.

Please bring an apron to the class

Hand cut noodles with traditional ragu, 36-month old Reggiano

Vanilla Gelato with Sicilian Olive Oil and Maldon Sea Salt
